摘 要:目的以岗位胜任力为基础构建适用于三级综合医院新入职护士规范化培训的指标体系。方法通过文献分析、半结构式访谈和小组讨论拟定基于岗位胜任力的三级综合医院新入职护士规范化培训指标体系的初稿,通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询法及层次分析法确立新入职护士规范化培训指标体系。结果两轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.885,肯德尔和谐系数为0.364和0.375。最终构建出新入职护士规范化培训的三级指标体系,包括一级指标6个,二级指标8个,三级指标83个。结论本研究构建过程中专家权威性及积极性高,且意见较一致;培训指标体系设置切合临床实际需求,可为三级综合医院新入职护士规范化培训工作提供管理依据。Objective To establish a standardized training index system for newly recruited nurses in tertiary general hospitals based on post competence.Methods Through literature analysis,semi-structured interview and group discussion,the first draft of the standardized training index system for newly recruited nurses was prepared,and the standardized training index system for newly recruited nurses was established through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaire were 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.885,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.364 and 0.375.Finally,a three-level index system of standardized training for newly recruited nurses was constructed,including 6 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 83 third-level indicators.Conclusion During the construction of this study,experts have high authority and enthusiasm,and their opinions are consistent.The setting of training index system meets the actual needs of clinical practice and can provide management basis for the standardized training of newly recruited nurses in tertiary general hospitals.
