摘 要:目的探讨评教评学模式在老年医学科护理实习护士临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取郑州人民医院2020年55名在老年科实习的护士为观察组,接受评教评学模式带教培训;选取2019年57名在老年科实习的护士为对照组,接受传统教学模式。培训后,通过理论成绩、技能操作成绩和护士自主学习能力评价量表进行效果评价。结果观察组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩及护士自主学习能力评价量表得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论评教评学模式在老年医学科护理带教中取得较好的带教效果,具有应用价值,值得在院内推广。Objective To explore the application effect of teaching and learning evaluation model in teaching of practicing nurses in geriatrics department.Methods A total of 55 nurses who were practiced in the Department of Geriatrics of Zhengzhou People’s Hospital in 2020 were selected as the observation group,and received teaching and learning evaluation model training.And 57 nurses who were practiced in the Department of Geriatrics in 2019 were selected as the control group,and received the traditional teaching mode.After the training,the effect was evaluated by theoretical score,skill operation score and nurses’autonomous learning ability evaluation scale.Results The scores of theory,skill operation and nurses’autonomous learning ability evaluation scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching and learning evaluation model has achieved good teaching effect in nursing teaching in the Department of Geriatrics.It has application value and is worthy of promotion in hospitals.
