摘　　要：阐述医用加速器是放射治疗的一种治疗类医学设备,它与其他医学类设备相比,高安全性是其显著特点,因此在电路设计上设置了许多连锁保护电路,探讨瓦里安加速器的真空连锁电路和故障对策。This paper expounds that medical accelerator is a therapeutic medical equipment for radiotherapy. Compared with other medical equipment, its high safety is its remarkable feature. Therefore, many interlocking protection circuits are set in the circuit design, and the vacuum interlocking circuit and fault Countermeasures of Varian accelerator are discussed.
