摘　　要：阐述人工智能技术的特点,人工智能在通信行业的应用,包括客服升级、信息的高效处理、网络运行模式与智能设备升级、智慧城市的转型、网络防护系统应用。This paper expounds the characteristics of artificial intelligence technology and its application in the communication industry, including customer service upgrading, efficient information processing, network operation mode and intelligent equipment upgrading, transformation of smart city and application of network protection system.
