摘 要:目的探讨多维康复健康教育对胶质母细胞瘤术后同步放化疗患者日常生活能力(ADL)、运动功能和生存质量影响。方法选取2018年3月至2021年3月台州市肿瘤医院收治的胶质母细胞瘤术后放化疗患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各41例。观察组在常规健康教育基础上结合多维康复健康教育,对照组仅采用常规健康教育。两组干预时间均为1个月。比较两组干预前与干预1个月后ADL、运动功能评定量表(FMA)、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及满意度变化。结果两组干预1个月后ADL评分较干预前均明显增加(均P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预1个月后FMA上肢和下肢评分较干预前均明显增加(均P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后上肢和下肢评分均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组干预1个月后KPS评分较干预前均明显增加(均P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预1个月后SAS评分和SDS评分较干预前均明显降低(均P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组干预1个月后总满意率(97.56%)明显高于对照组(80.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维康复健康教育可改善胶质母细胞瘤术后同步放化疗患者ADL、运动功能和生存质量,同时还可以减轻患者负面情绪,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of multi-dimensional rehabilitation health education on the ability of daily living,motor function and quality of life in patients with glioblastoma undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 82 patients with glioblastoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in Taizhou Cancer Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 41 cases in each group.The conventional health education was given to patients of control group,while in the study group the multi-dimensional rehabilitation health education was given on the basis of routine health education.The health education was conducted for 1 month in both groups.The activities of daily living(ADL),motor function assessment scale(FMA),Kaplan functional state(KPS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and satisfaction were compared before and 1 month after the intervention and between the two groups.Results After 1 month of intervention,the ADL scores,upper limb and lower limb scores,KPS score and satisfaction rate were higher than those before intervention in both groups(all P<0.05),and all above indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).While the SAS score and SDS score after 1 month of intervention were lower than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Intervention for 1 month,the observation group total satisfaction rate(97.56%)was higher than control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional rehabilitation health education can improve the ability of daily living,motor function and quality of life in patients with glioblastoma after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,at the same time,it can also reduce patients'negative emotions and improve patients'satisfaction.
