摘 要:在双筒形件的冲锻成形过程中,由于板料壁厚较薄,在镦粗增厚过程中容易产生折叠和回弹缺陷。本文研究了不同的弹性模量、初始屈服应力、应变硬化指数等材料参数对回弹角度的影响,研究了不同壁厚对冲锻成形过程中材料折叠的影响。结果表明,冲锻过程中双筒形件的侧面处容易产生材料回弹缺陷。增大材料的弹性模量可以减小侧壁的回弹角度;增大材料的初始屈服应力,侧壁的回弹角度相应增大;增大材料的应变硬化指数,侧壁的回弹角度呈现先增大后减小的趋势。During the punching and forging process of a double-cylindrical part,due to small sheet material wall thickness,folding and springback defects are easy to occur in the process of upsetting and thickening.The effects of different elastic modulus,initial yield stress and strain hardening index on springback angle were studied,and the effects of different wall thickness on material folding in stamping and forging process were studied.The results show that the material springback defect is easy to occur on the side of the double-cylinder parts in the process of stamping and forging.Increasing the elastic modulus of the material can reduce the springback angle of the side wall.When the initial yield stress of the material is increased,the springback angle of the side wall is correspondingly increased.When the strain hardening index of the material is increased,the springback angle of the side wall increases first and then decreases.
