农民职业分化背景下的精准法律教育探索

摘　　要：农民职业教育中的法律教育,能提升农民的法律素质、理顺涉农企业法治环境,对中国法治建设大有裨益。但目前存在职业农民的法律教育内容缺乏针对性,且滞后于农民的生产生活中迫切的实际需求等问题。适应农民职业分化造成法律需求精细化的新形势,法律教育服务应向精准供给方向进行探索。统计涉农诉讼较多的法律,精确确定法律教育内容,增加程序法律课程,有针对性地定期迭代课程内容,是可能的发展方向。Legal education in farmers'vocational education can improve farmers'legal quality and straighten out the legal environment of agricultural enterprises,which are beneficialto the construction of the rule of law in China.However,there are problems that the legal education content of professional farmers lacks relevance and lags behind the urgent practical needs of farmers in their production life.In order to adapt to the new situation of fine-tuned legal needs caused by farmers'occupational differentiation,legal education services should be explored in the direction of precise supply.It is a possible direction of development to count the laws that involve more agricultural litigation,precisely determine the legal education content,increase the procedural legal courses,and iterate the course content regularly in a targeted manner.
