摘  要:采用聚醚胺与环氧树脂E51为原料合成了非离子反应型两亲性乳化剂,以“相反转”法乳化环氧树脂E20,考察了乳化工艺对乳化效果的影响。结果显示:乳化剂用量14%、乳化温度75~80℃、转速3000-3500 r/min.添加5%丙二醇丁醚助溶剂时效果最佳,制备的分散体平均粒径为320 nm、黏度为4320 mPa·s,具有良好的贮存稳定性。该环氧分散体与市售水性环氧固化剂树脂复配,固化涂膜机械性能、耐水性和耐盐雾性优异。A non-ionic reactive amphiphilic emulsifier was synthesized by using polyether amine and epoxy resin E51 as raw materials.The epoxy resin E20 was emulsified by phase inversion technology and the effect of emulsifying influenced by emulsification process was further investigated・The optimum synthesis process of waterborne epoxy resin dispersions was as follows:emulsifier content of 14%,emulsifying temperature of 75-80℃,rotation speed in reactor 3000-3500 r/min,incorporating 5%propylene glycol butyl ether cosolvent.Under the above conditions,the average particle size of dispersions obtained was 320 nm,the viscosity was 4320 mPa-s,and the dispersions provided the best performance and good stability.When the epoxy dispersions was mixed with commercially available waterborne epoxy curing agent resins,the cured films offered excellent mechanical properties,water resistance and salt spray resistance.
