摘　　要：体育类高校作为健身科学的重要传播者,开设运动处方课程是培养运动处方人才的重要途径。目前,我国体育类高校运动处方课程教学体系尚不完善,尤其是实验操作课程的设置缺乏系统化、规范化,这将不利于该课程教学质量的提高。该文就运动处方实验课程体系,从实验内容设置、实验开设流程及开设环境等方面进行梳理,并提出相关建议,以期实现运动处方课程合理、有效、可行的多元教学模式,最终为培养学生制定个性化运动处方以及提高科学健身水平奠定基础。Sports institutes are important disseminators of fitness science.Setting up sports prescription course is an important way for them to cultivate sports prescription talents.However,at present,the teaching system of sports prescription course in physical education colleges and universities in China is not perfect,especially the setting of experimental operation course is lack of systematization and standardization,which will not be conducive to the improvement of the teaching quality of the course.This paper combs the experimental course system of sports prescription from the aspects of experimental content setting,experimental setting process and setting environment,and puts forward relevant suggestions,in order to realize the reasonable,effective and feasible diversified teaching mode of sports prescription course,and finally lay a foundation for cultivating students to formulate personalized sports prescription and improve the level of scientific fitness.
