摘　　要：湖南省高职院校技能抽查制度是全国首创,是监控高职教育质量的重要手段,是对高职应届毕业生职业技能、态度和知识的综合考核。从湖南省高职院校工商企业管理专业技能抽查考试标准与题库的开发和解读入手,从专业课程体系、双师型教师团队、混合式教学模式等方面探讨学生职业技能提升策略,结合2018年高职工商企业管理专业技能抽查数据进行效果评估。The skill spot check system of higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province is the first in China.It is an important means to monitor the quality of higher vocational education and a comprehensive assessment of vocational skills,attitudes and knowledge of higher vocational graduates.Starting with the development and interpretation of the examination standard and question bank of business management professional skills in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,this paper discusses the strategies of students'professional skills improvement from the aspects of professional curriculum system,double qualified teachers'team,and mixed teaching mode,and evaluates the effect by combining with the data of business management professional skills spot check in higher vocational colleges in 2018.
