伦理视角下金融市场建设的探究

摘　　要：现阶段,我国金融市场建设过程中出现不少违反市场法律法规的行为,因此需要更加注重伦理学在我国金融市场中的实际运用。基于现有文献研究,该文从伦理学角度去研究其在金融市场建设中发挥的作用与产生的影响,一方面探究目前金融伦理的缺失对市场发展的影响,另一方面对金融伦理的构建提出相关对策建议,以此促进我国金融市场不断持续健康发展。At present,there are many behaviors violating market laws and regulations in the construction of China's financial market.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the practical application of ethics in China's financial market.Based on the existing literature research,this paper studies its role and impact in the construction of financial market from the perspective of ethics.On the one hand,it explores the impact of the lack of financial ethics on the development of the market.On the other hand,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of financial ethics,so as to promote the continuous,sustainable and healthy development of China's financial market.
