摘　　要：大数据是信息技术最新发展成果的典型代表,是社会各行业新一轮重大变革浪潮的主要推手,也对教育行业产生了重大影响。基于大数据的教学管理机制将传统的静态纸质化管理转变为动态数据化管理,特别是在作业管理机制和教师培养机制方面发挥不可估量的作用,让作业管理和教师培养达到个性化、精准化、智能化。Big data is a typical representative of the latest achievements of information technology,the main driver of the new round of major changes in all sectors of society, and has also had a significant impact on the education industry. The teaching management mechanism based on big data transforms the traditional static paper management into dynamic data management, especially plays an inestimable role in the management mechanism and teacher training, and makes the homework management and teacher training personalized, accurate and intelligent.
