CD151、ERK1蛋白表达与胃癌患者相关病理学参数的关联性

摘　　要：目的研究白细胞分化抗原151(CD151)、细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶1(ERK1)蛋白表达与胃癌患者相关病理学参数的关联性。方法选取2019年3月至2020年11月于平顶山市第一人民医院进行手术切除治疗的96例胃癌患者,以免疫组化法测定胃癌组织及癌旁组织ERK1、CD151蛋白阳性表达率,对比ERK1、CD151蛋白在胃癌相关临床病理学参数(TNM分期、分化程度、神经侵犯、脉管侵犯、淋巴结转移等)中的表达阳性率。采用Spearman分析ERK1、CD151蛋白表达与胃癌患者相关病理学参数的关联性。结果ERK1、CD151蛋白在胃癌组织阳性表达率[56.25%(54/96)、64.58%(62/96)]高于癌旁组织[16.67%(16/96)、10.42%(10/96)](P<0.05);ERK1、CD151蛋白表达阳性与胃癌患者TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化程度、有脉管侵犯、有神经侵犯、发生淋巴结转移呈正相关(r_(1)=0.516、0.670、0.670、0.670、0.571,r_(2)=0.528、0.714、0.446、0.558、0.602,P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者ERK1、CD151蛋白表达与胃癌患者TNM分期、分化程度、神经侵犯、脉管侵犯、淋巴结转移等病理学参数联系密切,可以此为参考指标进行临床检测,评估胃癌患者预后。Objective To study the correlation between cluster of differentiation 151(CD151),ERK1(extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1)protein expression and related pathological parameters in patients with gastrie cancer.Methods Ninety-six patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical resection in Pingdingshan First People's Hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ERK1 and CD151 proteins in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.The positive rate of expression of ERK1 and CD151 were compared in diferent clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer(TNM stage,degree of differentiation,nerve invasion,vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis).Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between the expression of ERK1 and CD151 proteins and related pathological parameters of gastric cancer patients.Results The positive expression rate of ERK1 and CD151 protein in gastrie cancer tssue[56.25%(54/96)、64.58%(62/96)]was higher than that in adjacent tssues[16.67%(16/96)、10.42%(10/96)](P<0.05).The positive expression of ERK1 and CD151 protein were positively correlated with the TNM stages of gastric cancer patients from stageⅢtoⅣ,poorly differentiated,neural invasion,vascular invasion and lymph node:metastasis(r_(1)=0.516,0.670,0.670,0.670,0.571,r_(2)=0.528,0.714,0.446,0.558,0.602,P<0.05).Condusion The expression of ERK1 and CD151 proteins in gastric cancer patients are closely related to the pat hological parameters such as TNM stage,degree of differentiation,nerve invasion,vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients.This can be used as a reference index for elinical detection to evaluate the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
