语言康复训练结合针灸对小儿脑性瘫痪的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨语言康复训练结合针灸对于小儿脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法选择2017年10月至2020年12月于商丘市第一人民医院治疗的92例脑性瘫痪患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(46例)和参照组(46例)。参照组接受基础治疗及语言康复训练,研究组在参照组基础上接受针灸治疗。治疗前后分别采用患儿粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)、格赛尔(Gesell)整体发育评估、语言发育商(DQ)、中国儿童发展量表(CDCC)、残疾儿童综合功能评定量表比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组A、B、C、D、E区评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组Gesell、DQ、智力发育指数(MDI)和心理运动发育指数(PDI)评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组社会功能、自理动作、认知功能、语言功能、运动功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(95.65%)较参照组(82.61%)高(P<0.05)。结论语言康复训练结合针灸治疗脑性瘫痪小儿,可改善各脑区功能及语言发育迟缓状态,提升患儿临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of language rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 92 children with cerebral palsy who were treated in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from October 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study subject.According to the random mumber table method,they were divided into study group(46 cases)and reference group(46 cases).The reference group received basic treat ment and language rehabilitation training,and the study group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the reference group.Before and after treatment,children's gross motor function measure(GMFM),Gesell’s overall development assessment,language development quotient(DQ),child development cenler of China(CDCC)and comprehensive function rating scale for disabled children were used to evaluate the dlinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of area A,B,C,D and E in study:group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05),and the scores of Gesell,DQ,mental development index(MDI)and psychomotor development index(PDI)in study group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).The scores of function,self-care action,cognitive function,language function and motor function were higher than those of reference group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of study group(95.65%)was higher than that(82.61%)of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Language rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy can improve the function of various brain regions and language developmental delay,and improve the clini cal efcacy of children.
