摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟游戏联合亲情干预在学龄期癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析,收集2019年8月至2021年2月潢川县人民医院接收的112例学龄期癫痫患儿的临床资料。将接受亲情干预的63例学龄期癫痫患儿纳入对照组,将接受情景模拟游戏联合亲情干预的49例学龄期癫痫患儿纳入观察组。运用倾向性评分配比法(1∶1,卡钳值=0.01),基于性别、年龄、病因等,将对照组与观察组配对,获得组间协变量均衡标本(对照组36例,观察组36例)。比较两组干预前、干预3个月后的自尊水平[采用罗森伯格自尊心量表(SES)和缺陷感量表(FIS)评估]、日常沟通能力[采用社交反应量表(SRS)评估]和生活质量[采用癫痫儿童生活质量量表(QOLCE)评估]。结果干预3个月后,两组SES、FIS评分较干预前升高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组SRS评分较干预前低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月,两组QOLCE评分较干预前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟游戏联合亲情干预应用在学龄期癫痫患儿中,可提高患儿自尊水平和日常沟通能力,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the efect of scenario simulation game combined with family intervention in school-age children with epilepsy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted,and the dinical data of 112 school-age children with epilepsy received by Huangchuan County People's Hospital from August 2019 to February 2021 were collected.Sixty-three school-age epileptic children who accepted family intervention were induded in control group,and 49 school-age epileptic children who accepted scenario simulation game combined with family intervention were included in observation group.Propensity score matching method was used(1:1,caliper value=0.01),based on gender,age and etiology to match control group and observation group to obtain the covariate equilibrium samples between the groups(36 cases in control group and 36 cases in observation group).The levels of self-esteem[assessed by Rosenberg self-esteem scale(SES)and feelings of inadequacy scale(FIS)],daily communication skills[assessed by social responsiveness scale(SRS)]and quality of life[assessed by quality of life in childhood epilepsy(QOLCE)]were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of SES and FIS in both groups were increased than those before intervention,and the scores of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Afer 3 months of intervention,the SRS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group,with statistical significant diferences(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the QOLCE scores of both groups were increased than those before intervention,and the score of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation game combined with family intervention in school-age children with epilepsy can improve their self-esteem,dai
