血清白细胞介素-1β、高迁移率族蛋白B1与癫痫患者认知功能损害的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在癫痫(EP)患者中的表达,并分析二者与患者认知功能损害(MCI)的关系。方法选取2018年7月至2021年7月民权县人民医院神经内科收治的103例EP患者为研究对象,入院时采用简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评估患者MCI情况,检测患者血清IL-1β、HMGB1水平,询问并填写患者相关资料,分析血清IL-1β、HMGB1水平与EP患者MCI的关系。结果经评估,103例EP患者中存在MCI为44例,占42.72%;非MCI为59例,占57.28%。MCI组近1a发作频率及血清IL-1β、HMGB1水平均高于非MCI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间其他基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经logistic回归分析,血清IL-1β、HMGB1过表达与EP患者MCI有关(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-1β、HMGB1过表达与患者MCI存在一定的联系。Objective To investigate the expression of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGBI)in patients with epilepsy(EP),and to analyze the relationship between them and mild cognitive impairment(MCI)in patients.Methods A total of 103 patients with EP in department of neurology of Minquan County People's Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects.MCI of patients was assessed by mini mental state assessment scale:(MMSE)at admission,and the levels of serum IL-1βand HMGB1 of patients were detected and the baseline data of patients were asked and recorded.The relationship between serum IL-1β,HMGB1 levels and MCI in patients with EP was analyzed.Results After evaluation,44 of 103 patients with EP had MCI,accounting for 42.72%,and 59 with non-MCI,accounting for 57.28%。The attack frequency,serum IL-1βand HMGB1 levels in MCI group were higher than those in non MCI group nearly 1 year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical signifcant difference in other baseline data between groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the overexpression of serum IL-1βand HMGB1 were related to MCI in patients with EP(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the overexpression of serum IL-1β,HMGB1 and MCI in patients.
