用普拉洛芬联合妥布霉素地塞米松对接受手术后的白内障患者进行辅助治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究为接受白内障摘除+后房型人工晶状体植入术后的白内障患者采用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液进行辅助治疗的临床疗效及对其视力、前房闪辉值的影响。方法:选择2019年1月至2021年3月期间在广西壮族自治区玉林桂南医院接受白内障摘除+后房型人工晶状体植入术的200例白内障患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例患者。在术后,为对照组患者采用普拉洛芬滴眼液进行辅助治疗,为观察组患者采用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液进行辅助治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、视力、前房闪辉值和临床症状的积分。结果:1)观察组患者治疗的总有效率〔99.0%(99/100)〕高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率〔83.0%(83/100)〕,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)在术前,两组患者的视力、前房闪辉值相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在术后1周、术后1个月,观察组患者的视力均高于对照组患者,其前房闪辉值均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)在术后1周、术后1个月,观察组患者临床症状的积分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为接受白内障摘除+后房型人工晶状体植入术后的白内障患者采用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液进行辅助治疗的临床效果显著,可有效地改善其视力和前房闪辉值。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of pralprofen eye drops combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops for cataract patients after cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and the effects on their vision and anterior chamber flash value.Methods:A total of 200 cataract patients who received cataract extraction and posterior chamber IOL implantation from January 2019 to March 2021 in Guangxi Guangxi Yulin Guinan Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.After surgery,the control group was treated with pralprofen eye drops,and the observation group was treated with pralprofen eye drops combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops.The total response rate,visual acuity,anterior chamber flash and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The total effective rate in observation group(99.0%(99/100))was higher than that in control group(83.0%(83/100)),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)Before surgery,there were no statistically significant differences in visual acuity and anterior chamber flash value between 2 groups(P>0.05).At 1 week and 1 month after surgery,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the anterior chamber flash value was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3)At 1 week and 1 month after surgery,the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pralprofen eye drops combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops has a significant clinical effect on cataract patients after cataract extraction and posterior chamber iOL implantation,which can effectively improve their visual acuity and anterior chamber flash value.
