川蛭通络胶囊治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效及对患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨用川蛭通络胶囊治疗进展性脑梗死(PCI)的疗效及对患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年6月麻城市人民医院收治的76例PCI患者为研究对象。采用随机双盲法将其均分为对照组和治疗组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,用川蛭通络胶囊对治疗组患者进行治疗。治疗4周后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能及血管内皮功能的改善情况。结果:与对照组患者相比,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率较高,P<0.05。治疗后,治疗组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平均高于对照组患者,其血清内皮素-1(ET-1)的水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)的评分、改良RANKIN量表(mRS)的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对PCI患者在进行常规治疗的基础上加用川蛭通络胶囊予以治疗的效果确切,可减轻其神经功能缺损的程度,保护其血管内皮的功能,促进其神经功能的恢复。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Chuanz hitongluo capsule in the treatment of progres sive cerebral infarction(PCI)and its effect on vascular endothelial function.Methods:A total of 76 patients with PCI admitted to Macheng People’s Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by double-blind method.Routine treatment was performed in both groups.On this basis,chuanzhitongluo capsule was used to treat patients in the treatment group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,improvement of nerve function and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of serum endothelin-1(ET-1),national Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and modified RANKIN Scale(mRS)score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,chuanzhitongluo capsule has a definite effect on PCI patients,which can reduce the degree of neurological impairment,protect the vascular endothelial function and promote the recovery of neuro logical function.
