对1例采用即刻种植结合牙片保留术治疗的前牙区缺损病例的报道分析

摘　　要：人体上颌前牙区唇侧的束状骨较为菲薄,将牙齿拔除后易出现唇侧束状骨吸收的情况,这对于后期的口腔种植和美学修复均会造成较大的影响。近年来余姚新起点口腔门诊部接诊了1例牙区缺损(诊断结果是右上中切牙根折,右上第二前磨牙残根,右上第二磨牙残冠,慢性牙周炎)患者,采用即刻种植结合牙片保留术对其进行治疗。在治疗时用钻头去除其牙齿的舌侧骨,保留唇侧1~1.5 mm的碎片,植入种植体和骨胶原,3个月后其种植体的种植体稳定系数(ISQ)和骨结合情况良好。The labial fascicles in the maxillary anterior region of human body are relatively thin,and the absorption of labial fascicles is easy to occur after tooth extraction,which will have a great impact on the later oral implant and aesthetic restoration.In recent years,yuyao Xinqidian Dental out-patient Department received a case of dental defect(the diagnosis result was the broken root of the right upper central incisor,the residual root of the right upper second premolars,the residual crown of the right upper second molars,chronic periodontitis),which was treated by immediate implantation combined with tooth piece pr eservation.During the treatment,the lingual bone of the tooth was removed with a drill bit,and 1-1.5mm fragments of the labial side were retained.The implant and collagen were implanted.After 3 months,the implant stability coefficient(ISQ)and bone bonding were good.
