摘　　要：目的分析广西南宁地区高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者HPV水平的相关性及体质情况。方法选取广西南宁地区2019年1月至2020年1月于本院接受高危型HPV感染治疗的患者176例作为实验组,并选取同期健康体检女性180名作为参照组,两组均接受中医体质测评,比较两组体质分布情况,分析不同年龄阶段女性患者高危型HPV感染率。结果实验组阳虚质、气郁质、血瘀质占比均高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广西南宁地区高危型HPV感染宫颈癌患者中,30~39岁年龄段的发病人数较多,且高危型HPV感染与患者中医体质情况密切相关。Objective To analyze the correlation and physical condition of HPV levels in patients with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in Nanning,Guangxi.Methods 176 patients who were treated for high-risk HPV infection in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 in Nanning,Guangxi were selected as the experimental group,and 180 healthy women who had physical examinations during the same period were selected as the reference group.Both groups received Traditional Chinese Medicine physique Evaluation,comparing the physical distribution of the two groups,and analyzing the high-risk HPV infection rates of female patients at different ages.Results The proportion of people with Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Among high-risk HPV infected cervical cancer patients in Nanning,Guangxi,there are more cases in the 30 to 39-year-old age,and there is close relationship between high-risk HPV infection and the physical condition of patients in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
