颈液基细胞学检测联合阴道镜宫颈环行电切术手术用于宫颈癌筛查的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价宫颈液基细胞学检测(TCT)联合阴道镜宫颈环行电切术手术(LEEP)用于宫颈癌筛查的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年7月于本院接受宫颈癌疾病筛查诊治的患者800例,对患者进行TCT及阴道镜下病理活组织检查,结合患者个人意愿安排LEEP,分析宫颈癌筛查结果。结果TCT检查提示受检异常者行阴道镜病理组织活检,非典型鳞状细胞ASC-US、ASC-H、鳞状上皮内低度病变LSIL、鳞状上皮内高度病变HSIL、鳞状细胞癌SCC、相符率分别为56.81%、60.00%、52.14%、55.55%、80.00%;阴道镜下宫颈病理组织活检与LEEP手术结果比较,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ相符率分别为66.03%、59.32%、66.67%。结论宫颈癌筛查中联合应用TCT、阴道镜、LEEP刀能进一步提升疾病诊断准确率,为疾病尽早临床治疗工作提供参考,保障患者生命安全。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of cervical fluid-based cytology test(TCT)and colposcopy circumferential electrosurgical excision of the cervix surgery(LEEP)knife for cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 800 patients who received cervical cancer screening,diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected.TCT and colposcopy biopsy were performed on the patients,and LEEP was arranged according to the patients'personal wishes,analyzing cervical cancer screening results.Results TCT showed that the abnor-mal patients underwent colposcopy pathological biopsy.The coincidence rates of Atypical squamous cells ASC-US,ASC-H,low-grade squamous in-traepithelial lesion LSIL,high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion HSIL,squamous cells cancer SCC and coincidence rates were 56.81%,60.00%,52.14%,55.55%,and 80.00%,respectively.Comparing the results of colposcopy with cervical pathological tissue biopsy and LEEP surgery,the coin-cidence rates of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CINⅠ,CINⅡ,and CINⅢwere 66.03%,59.32%,66.67%.Conclusion The combined application of TCT,colposcopy and LEEP knife in cervical cancer screening can further improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis,thus providing a reference for the early clinical treatment of the disease and ensuring the safety of patients'lives.
