摘　　要：[目的/意义]深入到贫困地区村图书室开展农村儿童阅读服务实验研究,有利于发现促进基层图书馆建设的有效策略。[方法/过程]研究者以志愿者身份,利用寒假,在一个国家级贫困县的村图书室为返乡过春节的中小学生开展作业辅导和系列阅读活动。[结果/结论]志愿者介入能够有效激活基层服务点,建议贫困地区基层图书馆:①因地制宜建设基层图书馆阅读服务体系,重点抓好乡镇分馆的专业化建设、管理和运行,引进专业人才指导全县的阅读服务;②设置相对独立的阅读空间,以利于管理和运行;③为村图书室配置符合农村儿童需要的阅读资源;④组织高校学生在寒暑假期间担任乡镇分馆和村图书室的阅读服务志愿者。[Purpose/significance]To carry out experimental research on reading service for rural children in a village library in poverty-stricken areas would be helpful to find effective strategies to promote the construction of grassroots libraries.[Method/process]The researcher worked as a volunteer in the one-month winter vacation in a village library of a state-level poverty-stricken county to carry out homework guidance and a series of reading activities for primary and junior high school students returning home for the Spring Festival.[Result/conclusion]The intervention of volunteers can effectively activate the Grassroots service points,and four suggestions are put forward for the grassroots libraries in poverty-stricken areas:①To build the reading service systems of the grassroots libraries according to local conditions,focus on the professional construction,management and operation of township branch libraries,and introduce professional talents to guide the reading services of the whole county;②To set up a relatively independent reading space for easy management and operation;③To allocate reading resources for the village libraries that meet the needs of rural children;④To organize college students to serve as reading service volunteers in township and village libraries during the winter and summer vacations.
