拉莫三嗪片联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析双向情感障碍患者使用拉莫三嗪片联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年2月我院收诊的100例双相情感障碍患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组应用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,研究组患者使用拉莫三嗪片联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组HAMD-24、CGI-SI评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者HAMD-24、CGI-SI评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前TESS评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子、尿酸、血清白蛋白以及血清总胆红素均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者肿瘤坏死因子、尿酸、血清白蛋白以及血清总胆红素对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拉莫三嗪片联合丙戊酸镁缓释片在双相情感障碍治疗中,抑郁情绪改善明显的同时,可对患者炎性因子、白蛋白等指标做有效改善,治疗效果得到加强,所具安全性也明显较高,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effects of Lamotrigine and Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods In this study,100 patients with bipolar disorder admitted were selected from June 2019 to February 2021 and randomly selected into two groups for study.The control group was treated with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets,and the study group was treated with Lamotrigine.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD-24 and CGI-SI in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD-24 and CGI-SI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TESS score between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor,uric acid,serum albumin and serum total bilirubin in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events after nursing in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lamotrigine combined with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of bipolar disorder,while significantly improving depression,can effectively improve inflammatory factors,albumin and other indicators of patients,the treatment effect is enhanced,the safety is also significantly higher,worthy of clinical promotion.
