泵轮壳体铲旋变形损伤影响因素分析与工艺优化

摘  要:针对某泵轮壳体使用过程中的断裂问题,对其铲旋过程进行数值模拟,得到了成形过程中的应力应变场和损伤分布特征,并探讨了裂纹产生的原因。通过对比旋轮的进给速度、下模转速和旋轮切入高度对成形质量的影响,结合圆角处应变、内筒平均应变和成形能量曲线进行分析,得到优化的铲旋工艺参数为旋轮进给速度4.6 mm/s、下模转速300 r/min、旋轮切入高度6.24 mm,泵轮壳体铲旋成形损伤得到改善。In view of the fracture problem of an impeller housing during the usage process, the shovel spinning process was numerically simulated, the stress-strain field and damage distribution characteristics in the forming process were obtained, and the causes of cracks were discussed. By comparing the influences of the feed speed of spinning roller, the speed of the lower half of die,and the cut height of spinning roller on the forming quality, and combining with the strain at the fillet, the average strain of the inner cylinder, and the forming energy curve, the optimal process parameters of shovel spinning process were the feed speed of spinning roller of 4.6 mm/s, the lower half of die speed of 300 r/min, the cut height of spinning roller of 6.24 mm, and the damage of hovel spinning forming of impeller housing was improved.
