摘　　要：The psychosocial disorder of patients with enterostomy is still a huge challenge for the health systems.Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT)has shown good results in permanent enterostomy in recent years.This paper explores the current status regarding ACT for patients with enterostomy in recent years through a literature review approach.The findings can provide scientific evidence for researchers,clinical practitioners and policy makers in this field.The study concludes that as a new psychological intervention method,ACT can significantly reduce the negative emotions and complications of patients with enterostomy,and improve their psychological flexibility,stoma acceptance,psychosocial adaptability,self-care ability and quality of life.
