心率变异性相关指标与不同程度牙周炎的临床相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同程度牙周炎患者的心率变异性及相关指标的变化,并探讨其意义。方法将60例慢性牙周炎患者及20名健康志愿者分为四组,每组20人。健康对照组(A组)、轻度牙周炎组(B组)、中度牙周炎组(C组)和重度牙周炎组(D组)。检测心率变异性的时域分析指标R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、频域分析指标高频功率(HF)和低频功率(LF)。系统自动计算平衡度、疲劳度、心理压力,并采用单因素方差分析进行组间比较。结果健康对照组(A组)与重度牙周炎组(D组),轻度牙周炎组(B组)与重度牙周炎组(D组)平衡度指标和心理压力指标的比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心率变异性指标(平衡度和心理压力)与慢性牙周炎具有相关性,心理压力越大,自主神经平衡度越小,牙周炎病情越重。Objective To observe the changes of heart rate variability and related indexes of patients with different degrees of periodontitis and to explore their significance.Methods 60 patients with chronic periodontitis and20 healthy volunteers were divided into four groups,namely the healthy group(group A),the mild periodontitis group(group B),the moderate periodontitis group(group C),the severe periodontitis group(group D),with 20 people in each group.The time domain analysis index of standard deviation of R-R interval(SDNN),the high frequency power(HF)and low frequency power(LF)of the frequency domain analysis index of the heart rate variability(HRV)of the subjects was detected.Power ratio of degree of balance,fatigue and psychological pressure were calculated.Results The difference of balance index and psychological pressure index between healthy control group(group A)and severe periodontitis group(group D),mild periodontitis group(group C)and severe periodontitis group(group D)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The index of heart rate variability was related to chronic periodontitis.The greater the psychological pressure and the smaller the balance of the autonomic nerve was,the more severe the periodontitis was.
