摘  要:以2009—2019年安徽省60家上市企业为研究对象,对企业国际化程度与创新绩效之间的关系进行理论和实证分析,将市场竞争因素引入到企业国际化程度与创新绩效的关系研究之中,探讨市场竞争程度及企业市场地位对其产生的外在影响。研究结果表明:国际化程度对企业创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,市场竞争程度在企业国际化程度对创新绩效的影响中起正向调节作用,企业所处的市场地位对二者之间关系的积极作用并未得到验证。对我国企业实施国际化战略以提升技术创新能力提出建议。Taking 60 listed companies in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2019 as the research object,this paper makes a theoretical and empirical analysis on the relationship between the degree of enterprise internationalization and innovation performance,and introduces market competition into the research on the relationship between the degree of enterprise internationalization and innovation performance,and discusses the external influence of the degree of market competition and the market position of enterprises on the relationship.The results show that the degree of internationalization has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises;the degree of market competition plays a positive regulating role in the influence of enterprise internationalization on innovation performance,but the positive effect of the market position of enterprises on the relationship between them has not been verified.Finally,some suggestions for Chinese enterprises to implement internationalization strategy are put forward so as to improve technological innovation ability.
