摘　　要：本文立足科技体制改革创新,通过回顾国家科技体制机制改革历程,梳理分析了国家和地方科技体制机制改革相关政策、措施,结合宁夏实际情况,提出了宁夏应围绕科技与经济紧密融合等六个方面进一步深化科技体制机制改革。Starting from the reform and innovation of the science and technology system,this paper aims to analyze the relevant policies and measures of the national and local science and technology system and mechanism reform by reviewing the reform process of the system.Combined with the current situation of Ningxia,it’s proposed that Ningxia should further deepen the reform of science and technology system and mechanism in six aspects,encompassing the close integration of science and technology and the economy.
