摘 要:实现“双碳”目标,交通领域低碳转型是关键性举措,氢燃料电池汽车作为新能源汽车的重要部分可以减少碳排放、促进汽车产业的绿色发展。口碑营销能够增强消费者对于氢燃料电池汽车的了解和信任,有利于扩大氢燃料电池汽车的顾客群体,从而推动氢燃料电池汽车产业的商业化应用,促进汽车产业实现低碳化发展。基于此,本文对氢燃料电池汽车产业发展政策环境及口碑营销策略进行了相关探讨。To achieve the "carbon peak and neutrality" goal, the transition to low-carbon energy consumption of the transportation sector is a key measure. As an important part of new energy vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles can reduce carbon emissions and promote the green development of the automobile industry. Word-of-mouth marketing can enhance consumers’ understanding and trust in the vehicles, and is conducive to expanding the customer groups, thereby promoting the commercial application of the new vehicle and the low-carbon energy consumption development of the automobile industry. In view of this, this paper aims to discuss the policy environment and word-of-mouth marketing strategies of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry.
