摘　　要：BIM-5D技术对建设项目成本管理质量提升起着重要的促进作用,对基于BIM-5D技术的建设项目施工成本管理制约因素进行研究,具有一定的现实意义。本文首先对BIM-5D概念及产生进行概述,介绍了BIM-5D模型;其次对基于BIM-5D技术的建设项目施工成本管理制约因素进行分析,建立了制约因素指标体系,并分析了指标的具体含义;最后对制约因素指标的相对重要性分析方法进行研究,提出了0-6评分法。本次研究主要针对基于BIM-5D技术的建设项目施工成本管理制约因素进行研究,研究内容较为系统,具有一定的借鉴与参考价值。BIM-5D technology plays an important role in promoting the quality of construction project cost management.It is of certain practical significance to study the restrictive factors of construction project cost management based on BIM-5D technology.Firstly,the concept and generation of BIM-5D are summarized,and the BIM-5D model is introduced;Secondly,it analyzes the restrictive factors of construction project cost management based on BIM-5D technology,establishes the restrictive factor index system,and analyzes the specific meaning of the index;Finally,the relative importance analysis method of constraint indicators is studied,and a 0-6 scoring method is proposed.This study mainly focuses on the restrictive factors of construction cost management of construction projects based on BIM-5D technology.The research content is systematic and has certain reference value.
