产教研协同有效性模糊综合评价体系构建与实证

摘  要:本文基于校企合作发展情况,对产教研协同的主要特征进行了归纳,并总结了其面临的困境和挑战。根据产教研协同有效性的满意度和效度两方面考察维度,建立了基于模糊综合评价理论(FCE)的企业、高校和科研机构三方主要参与者,并综合考虑政府部门、学生和行业企业等相关利益方的产教研协同有效性评价指标体系及其评价模型。所构建的指标体系以产教研的协同度、收益率和持续性为特征评价维度,分别建立相应的二次指标体系及其权重因子。采用所建立的模糊综合评价体系及其模型对广东和广西的部分企业、高校和科研机构分别进行了有效性评价,证实产教研协同有效性与经济发展水平存在正相关关系。In view of the development of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper summarizes the major characteristics of industryuniversity-research collaboration and the difficulties and challenges it faces.According to the two dimensions of satisfaction and validity of the effectiveness of production-university-research collaboration,an evaluation index system including the three main participants of enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Theory(FCE)is established,with consideration of government departments,students and industry enterprises.The constructed index system is characterized by the synergy,rate of return and sustainability of industry-university-research,and the corresponding secondary index system and its weighting factors are set respectively.The established fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system and its model are used to evaluate the effectiveness of some enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions in Guangdong and Guangxi respectively,it is found that there is a positive correlation between the effectiveness of production-university-research collaboration and the level of economic development.
