摘　　要：发展高水平中外合作办学项目是我国新时期教育开放的新要求。本文借鉴四大世界知名大学(学科)排名和我国“双一流”学科评价指标体系,采用模糊聚类评估方法,从教学水平、科研水平和社会服务能力三个维度构建广东高水平中外合作办学项目遴选体系,为高水平中外合作办学项目的遴选提供参考。High-level CFCRS is a new requirement of China’s educational opening-up in the new era.Drawing from the rankings of four world prestigious universities and the evaluation index system of“double first-class”disciplines in China,a high-level CFCRS selection system for Guangdong was constructed from three dimensions:teaching level,scientific research level and social service ability through fuzzy clustering approach,aiming to provide reference for the selection of high-level CFCRS.
