摘　　要：“浊波浩浩东倾,今来古往无终极。”被誉为“百川之首”的黄河,不仅是一条地理的河,还是一条承载深厚历史文化和民族精神的河。河湼文化、河洛文化、关中文化、齐鲁文化等极具地域特色的文明样本,依大河应运而生。作为唯一的黄河入海省份,山东的10座国家历史文化名城中,有6座伴着黄河而立。在历史的时空中回眸千年足迹,济南、泰安、聊城这三座名城散发着不一样的黄河文化气质。The Yellow River,known as the“Head of All Waters”,is not only a geographical river,but also a river carrying profound history&culture and national spirit.The Hehuang culture,the Heluo culture,the Guanzhong culture,the Qilu culture,and other civilization examples with regional characteristics all emerged in reliance upon the large river.Among the 10 state-level historical and cultural cities of Shandong,Jinan,Tai'an and Liaoc-heng show distinctive qualities of the Yellow River culture.
