摘　　要：一唐朝著名书法家颜真卿说过"心正则笔正",从汉之司马长卿到唐之颜鲁公皆有见地,可见字如其人是毋庸置疑的。赵剑平先生在工作单位上,也是一身正气,傲骨嶙峋之人。从单位的发展前途来说,从干部到员工都必须要有正义感,不能有歪风邪气,这是基本的素质要求。当然,一个单位如果领导干部是正直的,有正义感的,或者充满正气的,那这个单位的员工也自然会如此,也应该是一个有口皆碑的好单位。笔者与赵剑平先生是挚友,得知他工作期间的许多轶闻趣事。其中一则就是说,他从不拿单位的半点好处,哪怕是福利奖金,他从不计较,也不明争暗斗。限于篇幅,此处不再展开赘述。As a cultural phenomenon peculiar to China,calligraphy came into being based on Chinese characters,whose evolution and development of have been accompanied by the style change of Chinese calligraphy.It is the objective law of such a historical development that becomes the specific meanings of tradition.As an integral part of traditional Chinese culture,calligraphy has thus become a self-awareness of Chinese culture which inherits the tradition and carries forward into future.Although most of the countries in the world also have splendid civilizations and long histories,few of them are as long-standing and charming but at the same time imprinted with the culture of different times as Chinese calligraphy.Before going into details,the author will first clarify the concept of tradition and expound its real meaning,its continuity and future direction.
