摘　　要：德法关系理论是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分,也是其中最具中华优秀传统文化底蕴和鲜明中国特色的一部分。这一理论由德法结合论、以法护德论、以德撑法论、德法协力论等理论构成,是一个内涵丰富、体系严整的理论体系,蕴含着深刻的道理、事理与法理。习近平德法关系理论科学地阐释了法律与道德、法治与德治相互结合、相辅相成、相得益彰的有机关系,极大地丰富和发展了法治基本原理和国家治理理论,彰显了中国法治的鲜明特点。The theory of the relationship between morality and law is an important part of Xi Jinping's thoughts on rule of law,and it is also part of the most outstanding Chinese traditional culture and distinctive Chinese characteristics.This theory is composed of the theory of complementarity of morality and law,theory of protecting morality with morality,theory of supporting law with morality,theory of combination of morality and law,etc.It is a theoretical system with rich connotation and rigorous system,which contains profound principles,affair and legal principles.Xi Jinping’s theory of the relationship between morality and law scientifically explained the organic relationship between law and morality,rule of law and rule of morality,which complement each other.It has greatly enriched and developed the basic principles of the rule of law and the theory of national governance,and demonstrated the distinctive characteristics of the rule of law in China.
