摘　　要：目的探讨鼻腔鼻窦腺样囊性癌的病理特征、临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2000年12月-2015年12月收治的34例鼻腔鼻窦腺样囊性癌,均由病理确诊,主要症状为疼痛,鼻塞,鼻出血。单纯行手术治疗10例,手术加放疗23例,单纯行放射治疗1例。结果34例患者随访30例,4例失访,5年存活率为73.3%(22/30),5年复发率为23.3%(7/30)。结论鼻腔鼻窦腺样囊性癌恶性程度高,易复发,预后差,早期诊断及合理的治疗方法可提高本病的生存率。Objective To explore the pathological and clinical features of sinonasal adenoid cystic carcinoma,as well as its treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 cases of sinonasal adenoid cystic carcinoma in our hospital from December 2000 to December 2015 was completed.All the patients were confirmed by histopathology,and the most common symptoms were pain,nasal congestion and epistaxis.10 cases were treated with surgery,23 cases were treated with surgery plus radiotherapy,and 1 case was treated with radiotherapy.Results Thirty patients were followed up,the survival rates of 5 years were 73.3%(22/30),the 5 year recurrence rate were 23.3%(7/30),respectively.Conclusion Sinonasal adenoid cystic carcinoma is associated with high degree of malignancy,easy recurrence and poor prognosis.Early diagnosis and reasonable treatment can increase the survival rate of the disease.
