摘  要:齿轮副在相互啮合运动过程中,其动力学特征信息不可避免会受到摩擦学特征信息如摩擦因素的影响,两者对齿轮传动系统的故障特征与故障类型均会产生积极影响。针对齿轮副在啮合传动过程考虑摩擦因素这一摩擦学特征信息,开展其动力学特征仿真分析研究,以揭示齿轮副摩擦学系统信息间的内在关系。文中动力学仿真分析表明,齿轮副的啮合力仿真值与理论值较为接近,在不同摩擦因数条件下啮合力发生不同程度的改变。进一步分析表明,齿轮副传动过程中的摩擦学信息与动力学信息之间相互影响、相互渗透,在输出状态特征过程中表现出较强的耦合性。该研究为齿轮动力学特性分析在考虑摩擦因数影响条件下提供一种分析方法。In the meshing process of gear pair,its dynamic characteristic information will be inevitably influenced by tribological characteristic such as friction coefficient;both of the characteristics may cause positive effect on the fault characteristics and fault type of gear transmission system.In this paper,the friction coefficient as a frictional characteristic information is considered in the meshing transmission process of gear pair,and the simulation analysis of its dynamic characteristics is carried out in order to reveal the intrinsic relationship between the tribological system information of gear pair.The dynamic simulation analysis shows that the simulation value of the meshing stress for gear pair is close to the theoretical value.The meshing stress changes to varying degrees under different friction coefficient conditions.Further analysis shows that the tribology information and the dynamic information in the transmission process of gear pair would affect and infiltrate each other;and strong coupling is shown in the process of outputting the state characteristics.This study provides an analysis method for analysis of the gear dynamic characteristics under the condition of considering the influence of friction coefficient.
