摘  要:为探究麦蛾茧蜂成虫的最适冷藏方式,以5℃作为冷藏温度,研究了低温驯化、冷藏方式和冷藏时间对其存活率、寿命、繁殖力、产卵前期、产卵天数和麻痹率的影响。结果表明,经15℃驯化5 d后再于5℃冷藏,麦蛾茧蜂成虫的寿命均显著高于其他处理。低温驯化冷藏和直接冷藏两种方式均显著延长了麦蛾茧蜂的产卵前期。冷藏30 d后,低温驯化冷藏麦蛾茧蜂的存活率、麻痹率和繁殖力显著高于直接冷藏的麦蛾茧蜂,但与对照无显著差异,产卵天数在各处理间无显著差异。因此,15℃低温驯化5 d后再于5℃冷藏30 d是麦蛾茧蜂最适宜的冷藏条件。In order to explore the optimal cold storage method for adults of Habrobracon hebetor(Say)(Hymenoptera:Braconidae),the effects of cold acclimation,cold storage methods and time on the survival rate,longevity,fecundity,pre-oviposition period,oviposition days and the paralysis rate were studied at 5℃.The results showed that after domestication at 15℃for 5 days and then refrigerated at 5℃,the longevity of H.hebetor adults was significantly higher than that of other domestication treatments.Both cold acclimation and direct cold storage significantly prolonged the pre-oviposition period of H.hebetor.After 30 days of cold storage,the survival rate,paralyzed rate and fecundity of H.hebetor cold acclimation and storage at low temperature was significantly higher than those of stored direct,but there was no significant compared with the control.There was no significant difference in oviposition period among the treatments.Therefore,the method by the low temperature acclimation at 15℃for 5 days and then cold storage at 5℃for 30 days were the most suitable cold storage conditions for H.hebetor.
