摘 要:人工智能技术作为一门新兴技术具有很好地处理非线性问题的优势,可以排除依赖人为经验操作所导致的稳定性低和可解释性差等问题,成为矿物加工领域新的研究方向。在对人工智能矿物加工技术的基本原理——计算机视觉技术和深度学习原理简单阐述的基础上,对人工智能在矿物鉴定、磨矿和浮选过程的预测和监控等工艺流程中的研究现状和应用前景进行了综述,对其优势与不足进行分析探讨,最后提出了建立统一标准的矿物数据集、增强人工智能算法模型在实际生产过程中的应用能力、加强矿物加工工艺全流程与人工智能技术相结合的应用研究、开发全流程的基于人工智能技术的矿物加工设备等研究方向,可为加速推进该领域发展提供参考。Artificial intelligence technology as an emerging technology has the advantage of dealing with nonlinear problems well and can exclude the problems of low stability and poor interpretability caused by relying on human experience operation,becoming a new research direction in the field of mineral processing. Based on a brief description of the basic principles of artificial intelligence mineral processing technology—computer vision technology and deep learning principles,this paper reviews the current research status and application prospects of artificial intelligence in the processes of mineral identification,prediction and monitoring of grinding and flotation processes,analyzes and discusses its advantages and shortcomings,and finally proposes the establishment of a unified standard mineral data set,enhancement of artificial intelligence algorithms models in the production environment,strengthen the application research of the whole process of mineral processing combined with artificial intelligence technology,and develop the whole process of mineral processing equipment based on artificial intelligence technology,which can provide a reference for accelerating the development of this field.
