摘　　要：目的探讨术前细致化干预在内镜下早期胃癌切除术患者中的应用效果。方法根据干预方式的不同将76例行内镜下切除术的早期胃癌患者分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组患者术后进行常规干预,观察组患者在常规干预的基础上给予术前细致化干预。比较两组患者的住院费用、住院时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、负性情绪、术后并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的住院费用明显少于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,干预后VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01)。观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,总满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论术前细致化干预可降低内镜下早期胃癌切除术患者的疼痛程度,缓解负性情绪,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the application effect of preoperative meticulous intervention in early gastric cancer patients undergoing endoscopic resection.Method 76 patients undergoing endoscopic resection for early gastric cancer were divided into control group(n=38,received routine intervention after surgery)and observation group(n=38,received routine intervention and additional preoperative meticulous intervention).The hospitalization cost,length of hospitaliza-tion,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,negative emotion,postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were com-pared.Result The hospitalization cost,length of hospitalization and VAS scores after intervention of patients in the ob-servation group were lower or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores of self-rat-ing anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence rate of postoperative complication was lower and total satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative meticulous inter-vention can alleviate the pain degree of early gastric cancer patients undergoing endoscopic resection,relieve negative emotions,reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications,and promote patient recovery.
