摘  要:载人运载火箭推力矢量调整的目标是调整逃逸主发动机的推力线,使其通过有塔逃逸飞行器的质心。但在工程实际操作过程中,有塔逃逸飞行器的质心不能通过实际称重的方式得到,只能基于各部分结构产品质量实测值和质心的传统经验值通过理论计算获得,这样即使开展了推力矢量调整工作,只能将逃逸主发动机的推力线与有塔逃逸飞行器质心的不重合度控制在一定的范围内,并不能实现推力线完全通过质心的目标。对推力矢量调整偏差对有塔逃逸飞行器逃逸高度和逃逸飞行姿态的影响进行研究,通过设定逃逸主发动机推力线与有塔逃逸飞行器质心的偏差条件,并对该偏差工况下的逃逸过程通过ADAMS软件进行仿真分析,获得有塔逃逸飞行器质量质心偏差对逃逸安全性的影响。The goal of the thrust vector adjustment of the manned launch vehicle is to adjust the thrust line of the escape main engine,make it pass through the escape tower vehicle’s center of mass.But in terms of engineering practicality,the escape tower vehicle’s center of mass can’t be gotten by actually weighing it.It can only be based on the measured value of the quality and the experience value of the center of mass of each part of the structure,so even if the thrust vector adjustment work is carried out,the mismatch between the thrust line of the escape main engine and the escape tower vehicle’s center of mass can only be controlled within a certain range,the goal of the thrust line passing through the center of mass can’t be achieved.The influence of thrust vector adjustment deviation on the escape altitude and escape flight attitude of the escape tower vehicle is studied,by artificially setting the deviation conditions between the thrust line of the escape main engine and the escape tower vehicle’s center of mass,and the escape process under the deviation condition is simulated and analyzed by ADAMS software,so as to obtain the influence of the escape tower vehicle mass and center of mass deviation on escape safety.
