摘　　要：提出一种玻璃量器机器视觉自动检测方法和装置,能够实现机器视觉抓取与移动玻璃量器、机器视觉控制注水过程、采集测量数据等功能,以及玻璃量器检测过程自动化。文中介绍了该装置的主要组成部分及其功能与原理,以及自动检测的方法与过程。通过1000ml容量瓶检测实验,验证了该装置的测量重复性优于0.02ml。A machine vision automatic calibration method and device for glass gauge are proposed,which can realize the functions of machine vision grasping and moving glass gauge,machine vision controlling water injection process,and collecting measurement data,so as to realize the automation of glass gauge detection process.This paper introduces the main components,functions and principles of the device,as well as the method and process of automatic detection.Through the detection experiment of 1000 ml volumetric flask,it is verified that the measurement repeatability of the device is better than 0.02 ml.
