肤感UV涂料涂饰浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板的表面性能研究

摘　　要：筛选了A、B两种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV固化涂料,将其涂饰在浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面,采用绝氧保护准分子灯预固化,制备了具有肤感的浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板,并对其表面形貌以及表面性能进行了研究。结果表明,经绝氧保护准分子灯预固化处理后,2种涂料涂饰浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面均能够产生褶皱、波纹的特征结构,具有细腻的肤感效果。此外,这种褶皱和波纹特征能实现光的全散射,赋予了饰面刨花板抗指纹功能。相比A涂料,B涂料的触感较好,光泽度较低,达到超哑光(60°测试条件下<5°),抗指纹性能较优,在手指接触后13 s左右指纹可消失。同时,B涂料制备的涂饰浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面性能良好,可以用于室内木质门、饰面木质墙板等立面产品。Two types of polyurethane-acrylate UV curing coatings(A and B)were selected in this study,and respectively applied on particleboard surfaced with paper impregnating thermosetting resins.The excimer lamp curing technique under eliminating of oxygen was used to preliminarily prepare coated decorated particleboards with the skin-touch.The surface morphologies and surface properties were studied.The results showed that after treating with excimer lamp curing technique under eliminating of oxygen,characteristic structures of folds and corrugations occurred on both the two kinds of coated decorated particleboards,which contributed to the delicate skin touch.Besides,the folds and corrugations resulted in total scattering of light and endowed them,with anti-fingerprint function.Compared with coating A,the feeling of coating B was better with lower gloss,achieving the super matte,and the anti-fingerprint property was better.After 13 s of contact,the fingerprint could totally disappeared.In addition,the coating B showed better surface properties when applied on the particleboard.Thus it can be used for the vertical products such as the indoor wooden doors,decorative wallboard,and so on.
