摘 要:以玻璃纤维为增强材料,以镁基无机矿物质为基体材料,制备了新型纤维增强镁基无机复合板。研究了短切纤维、纤维网格布以及短切纤维结合纤维网格布3种增强方式对镁基复合板的物理力学性能和耐湿热性能的影响。结果表明,纤维增强方式对镁基无机复合板的密度、含水率、吸水率等性能影响较小,对复合板的力学性能和耐湿热尺寸稳定性影响较大,采用短切纤维结合双层纤维网格布增强方式获得的镁基无机复合板弯曲强度达到18.36 MPa,冲击韧性为27.97 kJ/m^(2),力学性能较优。干热试验和高湿度试验的总尺寸变化率分别为0.36%和0.20%,具有优异的尺寸稳定性。高性能镁基无机复合板属于新型环保建筑材料,具有优异的物理力学性能和尺寸稳定性,在室内装修隔墙、吊顶、地板等领域具有广泛的应用前景。A new type of magnesiumbased fiber reinforced composite panel was prepared with glass fiber as reinforcement part and magnesiumbased inorganic substance as matrix material.The effects of chopped fiber reinforcement,fiber mesh reinforcement,and chopped fiber combined with fiber mesh reinforcement on the physical and mechanical properties and dimensional stability of magnesiumbased composite panels were studied.The results showed that the fiber reinforced form had little effect on the apparent density,moisture content,water absorption and other mechanical properties of the composite board,but had a significant impact on the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the composite board.The flexural strength and impact toughness of the magnesium matrix composite panels obtained by fiber mesh reinforcement was 18.36 MPa and 27.97 kJ/m^(2),respectively.The total dimensional change rates of the dry heat test and the high humidity test were 0.36%and 0.20%,respectively,which shows excellent dimensional stability.Magnesium-based inorganic composite panels with highperformance are an innovative building materials,which has excellent physical and mechanical properties as well as dimensional stability.It would have potential application prospects in interior partition walls,ceilings,floors and other fields.
