摘  要:目的:探讨学校氛围与留守青少年抑郁的关系及其内在机制--感恩和自我控制在其中的中介作用。方法:使用学校氛围问卷、流调中心用抑郁量表、感恩问卷以及自我控制问卷对541名留守青少年进行测量。结果:(1)学校氛围与留守青少年抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.60,P<0.01),与感恩(r=0.51,P<0.01)、自我控制(r=0.56,P<0.01)呈显著正相关;抑郁与感恩(r=-0.47,P<0.01)、自我控制(r=-0.59,P<0.01)均呈显著负相关;感恩、自我控制呈显著正相关(r=0.41,P<0.01);(2)感恩和自我控制在学校氛围对留守青少年抑郁影响中的中介作用显著,该中介作用包含3条中介路径--感恩的单独中介作用,自我控制的单独中介作用,以及感恩和自我控制的链式中介作用,其中中介效应分别占总效应的15.52%,25.86%,5.17%。结论:学校氛围不仅能直接影响留守青少年抑郁,还能通过感恩和自我控制间接影响留守青少年抑郁水平。Objective:To examine the relation between school climate and left-behind adolescents’ depression,and its mechanism-the mediating effects of gratitude and self-control on this relationship.Methods:A total of 541 left-behind adolescents were recruited to complete the Scale of School Climate,the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,the Gratitude Questionnaire and Self Control Scale.Results:(1)School climate was negatively correlated with left-behind adolescents’ depression(r=-0.60,P<0.01)and positively correlated with gratitude(r=0.51,P<0.01)and self-control(r=0.56,P<0.01);Depression was negatively correlated with gratitude(r=-0.47,P<0.01)and self-control(r=-0.59,P<0.01);Gratitude positively correlated with self-control(r=0.41,P<0.01).(2)Gratitude and self-control significantly mediated the relation between school climate and left-behind adolescents’ depression,which contained three mediating paths-the mediating effect of gratitude,the mediating effect of self-control,as well as the chain mediating effects of gratitude and self-control,with mediation effect respectively 15.52%,25.86% and 5.17% in total effect.Conclusion:School climate not only predicts left-behind adolescents’ depression directly,but also affect it through the mediating effects of gratitude and self-control indirectly.
