摘　　要：阐述建立隐私计算平台或平台联盟,根据具体的信任假设应用场景,采用不同隐私计算方法,建立数据可用不可见、可用可见等授权使用机制与数据溯源机制,实现数据全生命周期管理,支持第三方应用开放,通过传染病智能防控、AI建模全流程与生物信息平台应用案例,探讨平台或联盟具备数据隐私安全计算与应用开放能力。This paper expounds the establishment of privacy computing platform or platform alliance, adopts different privacy computing methods according to the specific trust assumption application scenarios, establishes authorized use mechanisms such as data availability, invisibility and visibility, and data traceability mechanisms, realizes the whole life cycle management of data, supports the opening of third-party applications, and adopts intelligent prevention and control of infectious diseases The whole process of AI modeling and the application case of biological information platform are discussed. The platform or alliance has the ability of data privacy, secure computing and application opening.
