熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗脂肪性肝炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗脂肪性肝炎的临床效果。方法收集2019年9月-2020年7月福建省三明市中西医结合医院收治的脂肪性肝炎患者244例,按照随机摸球法分为观察组和对照组各122例。2组均给予行为干预,对照组予以复方甘草酸苷片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能、血脂及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗优良率(94.26%)高于对照组(85.25%)(χ^(2)=5.393,P=0.020)。2组患者治疗2个月后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较治疗前升高,且观察组降低/升高幅度大于对照组(P <0.01)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率为6.56%,对照组患者不良反应总发生率为4.92%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.303,P=0.582)。结论熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗脂肪性肝炎的疗效较好,可促进患者肝功能及血脂的恢复,且不会引发较多不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ursodeoxycholic acid capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of steatohepatitis.Methods A collection of 244 patients with steatohepatitis admitted to the Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital,Fujian Province from September 2019 to July 2020,according to random touch ball method,they were divided into observation group and control group,each with 122 cases.Both groups were given behavioral intervention,the control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets,and the observation group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver function,blood lipids before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group(94.26%) was higher than that in the control group(85.25%)(χ^(2)= 5.393,P = 0.020).After treatment,the alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) of two groups was lower than before treatment,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was higher than before treatment,and the decrease/increase of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P < 0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.56%,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 4.92%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)= 0.303,P = 0.582).Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets are effective in treating steatohepatitis and can promote the recovery of liver function and blood lipids in patients without causing many adverse reactions.
