摘 要:试验旨在研究十堰地区野生连翘叶提取物的抗氧化和抑菌活性。试验采用回流法提取连翘叶,通过测定DPPH·、OH·和ABTS^(+)·清除能力,研究不同浓度连翘叶水提取物的体外抗氧化活性。使用牛津杯法、倍比稀释法测定连翘叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,连翘叶水提物清除DPPH·、OH·和ABTS^(+)·的IC_(50)值分别为1.29、100.71和16.30 mg/L;阳性对照VC清除DPPH·、OH·和ABTS^(+)·的IC_(50)值分别为6.23、388.19和47.70 mg/L;连翘叶水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均具有抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.100、0.100、0.200 g/L。研究表明,十堰地区野生连翘叶提取物具有较好的体外抗氧化和抑菌活性,可为该地区野生连翘叶功能性饲料添加剂的开发利用提供参考。The experiment was to explore the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of wild Forsythia suspensa leaf extract in Shiyan region.The leaves of Forsythia suspensa were extracted by reflux method,the antioxidant activities of water extracts of different concentrations of Forsythia suspensa were studied by determining the scavenging ability of DPPH·,OH·and ABTS^(+)·.The antibacterial activities of Forsythia suspensa leaf extracts against Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albus and Escherichia coli were determined by Oxford cup method and multiple dilution method.The results showed that the IC_(50)of the water extract of Forsythia suspensa leaves to remove DPPH·,OH·and ABTS^(+)·were 1.29,100.71 and 16.30 mg/L,the positive control VC to remove DPPH·,OH·and ABTS^(+)·had IC_(50)of 6.23,388.19 and 47.70 mg/L,respectively.The water extract of Forsythia suspensa had an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albicans and Escherichia coli.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)for Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albicans and Escherichia coli were 0.100,0.100 and 0.200 g/L,respectively.The experiment indicates that the extracts of wild Forsythia suspense leaves in Shiyan have good antioxidant and bacteriostatic activities in vitro,which can provide reference for the development and utilization of functional feed additives.
