摘  要:研究对试验引种的新型稗谷牧草进行营养价值评定,选取6只体重(42.35±2.69) kg健康的辽宁绒山羊,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管,采用尼龙袋法测定稗谷草粉中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)在6、12、24、36、48、72 h的瘤胃动态降解率,计算瘤胃降解参数及有效降解率。结果显示,新型稗谷牧草的CP、NDF、ADF含量依次为7.18%、69.77%、41.93%;按照CNCPS体系评价,新型稗谷牧草的可利用纤维(CB_(2))占碳水化合物(CHO)比例为65.27%,非蛋白氮+快速降解蛋白(PA+PB_(1))含量占CP比例为37.00%,PB_(2)含量占CP比例为29.18%;新型稗谷牧草中DM、CP和CF的有效降解率依次为40.94%、40.55%和41.62%。研究表明,新型稗谷牧草营养价值较高,可降解利用的碳水化合物和蛋白质含量较高,是反刍动物的优质禾本科牧草。The experiment was to evaluate on nutrient value of new barnyard. Six healthy Liaoning cashmere goats(42.35±2.69) kg were selected to install permanent rumen fistulas. The dynamic rumen degradation rates of dry matter(DM), crude protein(CP), crude fiber(CF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) in barnygrass meal were determined by nylon bag method at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 h, rumen degradation parameters and effective degradation rates were calculated. The results showed that CP, NDF and ADF in new barnyard valley was 7.18%, 69.77%,and 41.93%, respectively. According to the CNCPS system evaluation, CB_(2) in CHO was 65.27%, PA + PB_(1) and PB_(2) in CP was 37.00% and 29.18%, respectively. The effective degradation rates of DM、CP and CF were 40.94%, 40.55% and41.62%, respectively. The experiment indicates that there were enough used carbohydrates and protein nutrients in new barnyard grass, which can be used as high quality roughage in ruminant production.
