摘　　要：目的研究下颌第三磨牙近中、垂直阻生的情况,并用logistic回归分析来探究其危险因素。方法回顾性分析190颗下颌第三磨牙的影像学资料,统计萌出类型、患者性别、下颌角角度α、下颌升支宽度W_(1)、第二磨牙后间隙宽度W_(4)、第三磨牙近远中径W_(3)等因素,选择可能的因素进行logistic回归分析并确定危险因素。结果阻生组与萌出组性别、下颌角角度α、下颌升支宽度W_(1)、第二磨牙后间隙宽度W_(4)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),logistic回归分析结果显示性别、下颌角角度α、下颌升支宽度W_(1)、第二磨牙后间隙宽度W_(4)为第三磨牙阻生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论下颌角角度α、下颌升支宽度W_(1)、第二磨牙后间隙宽度W_(4)也可用来预测下颌第三磨牙的萌出情况,同时,相较于男性,女性更可能容易发生下颌第三磨牙的阻生。Objective To study the mesial and vertical impaction of the mandibular third molar,and to explore its risk factors using logistics regression analysis.Methods The imaging data of 190 cases of mandibular third molars were retrospectively analyzed.The factors,such as the type of eruption,the gender of the patient,the angle of the mandibular α,the width of mandibular ramus W_(1),the width of the posterior second molar W_(4),and the proximal and distal diameter of the third molar W_(3) were analyzed.Possible factors were applied to conduct logistics regression analysis and to determine the risk factors.Results There were statistically significant differences in gender,mandibular angle α,width of mandibular ramus W_(1),and posterior second molar gap width W_(4)(P<0.05)between impacted group and eruption group.The logistic regression analysis showed that gender,mandibular angle α,width of mandibular ramus W_(1),and W_(4) The posterior gap width W_(4) of the second molar were independent risk factors for impacted third molars(P<0.05).Conclusion The angle of mandibular angle α,width of mandibular ramus W_(1),and the width of the posterior second molar W_(4) can be used to predict the eruption of the mandibular third molar.At the same time,female patients are more likely to develop impacted mandibular third molars.
